Order and payment procedure

When you have found the article you would like to order, please push the button “Add to cart”. Please note that the number indicated is the minimum order quantity. You can only order more than the quantity stated by changing the number.
Should you like to order more items, please hit the button “continue shopping”.

 

After having placed all your articles in the shopping cart, please confirm your order by pushing “Continue to payment”. Please fill out the form and push on “Next step”.

 

Indicate how you would like to pay (by means of iDEAL or Credit card) and push “Next step”.

 

In case of iDEAL: choose your bank, confirm that you agree with our general delivery and sales terms and conditions and hit “Submit order & payment”. On the next page you can pay by way of telebanking.

 

In case of Credit card: Confirm that you agree with our general delivery and sales terms and conditions and hit “Submit order & payment”. On the next page you find your payment instructions.

 

After we have received your order we will send you our digital order confirmation, which will also indicate the delivery time of the ordered products. In general the delivery time will be around 3 – 5 working days.

 

 

Complaints

The Maxado products will reach you in excellent condition. It is however possible that there are products being offered in “special offers” that are not up to our normal standard; in these cases this will be explicitly indicated in the product’s description.
